Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because every Crowned piece is custom-commissioned artwork, refunds depend on where your order is in the creative process. BEFORE CREATIVE WORK BEGINS If you cancel before completing your Creative Questionnaire and before any creative work has started, contact us and we will review a refund of your initial payment. AFTER CREATIVE WORK HAS BEGUN Once artwork development has started, the initial payment becomes non-refundable, as it covers creative time already invested in your commission. AFTER FINAL APPROVAL Once you approve your final artwork and the piece enters production, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS If your artwork arrives damaged or materially different from the approved proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right — repair, replacement, or other resolution at Crowned's discretion.
